Airport Wait Time
For all pickups at San Diego International Airport, complimentary wait time of up to one (1) hour is included from the moment your flight lands.
If we are unable to make contact with the customer after the one-hour grace period has elapsed, the reservation will be marked as a no-show and the full amount of the booking will be charged.
💡 We track your flight in real time. Delays are accounted for automatically — there's no need to worry about a late arrival.

Outside Reservations & Wait Time
For all reservations outside of the airport (hotel pickups, residential, event venues, etc.), additional wait time may apply when the chauffeur is held beyond the scheduled pickup window.
After confirming with the customer, additional wait time is billed at $45 per hour, prorated to the nearest quarter-hour.

No-Show Policy
If our team is unable to reach the customer after one (1) hour from the scheduled pickup time — whether at the airport or elsewhere — the reservation will be marked as a no-show.
In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the booking will be charged.
💡 Please ensure your contact phone number is correct at the time of booking and is reachable on the day of your ride.

Cleaning Fees
Our vehicles are detailed before every reservation and we ask that they be returned in the same condition. In the event of significant soiling that requires professional cleaning, a fee will be assessed.
Cleaning fees range from $250 to $500, depending on the severity of the situation and the time required to return the vehicle to service.

Vehicle Damage
The customer is fully responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the reservation, including but not limited to damage to upholstery, interior fittings, electronics, or exterior surfaces.
Damages will be assessed and charged at the documented cost of repair or replacement.

Child Seats
Child seats are available upon request and must be arranged at the time of booking. Pricing per seat:
- Rear-facing seat — $35 each (1 month – 2 years)
- Forward-facing seat — $30 each (2 – 7 years, based on size and weight)
- Booster seat — $25 each (4 – 12 years)
Seats are professionally installed and ready upon your arrival.
